Common Tracking Issues

  • Tracking not found → wait 24–48 hours after shipping
  • No updates → possible customs delay
  • Delivered but not received → check neighbors or carrier
  • Invalid tracking → verify email/order number
  • Delayed scanning → carrier backlog
